本文通过对首钢三炼钢2号矩形坯连铸机使用的各种保护渣性能与成分之间的关系,运用SPSS软件得到相应数学模型.得出结论,即提高保护渣碱度,增加渣中MgO、F-含量能够显著升高熔化温度,但F-加入量超过6%后,熔化温度随F-含量的增加而减小.降低保护渣黏度作用大小排序为:F-> R( CaO/SiO2)>MgO.熔速随CaO、SiO2和MgO含量的增加而增加,CaO、SiO2对熔速的影响相比MgO而言较弱.随[C]含量的增加,熔速先增加后减小,在21.75时存在一个峰值. |
