【摘要】 目的:连续跟踪广东省优秀垒球运动员冬训期生理生化监控指标,探索优秀垒球运动员冬训期间身体机能变化规律及身体成分分布特征,为高强度大运动量训练期的训练监控提供科学参考依据。方法:动态监控15名广东优秀女子垒球运动员(年龄23.0±4.39岁,身高170.3±3.64cm,体重64.3±6.12kg),在2011年度冬训期间血红蛋白(HB)、肌酸激酶(CK)、血尿素(BUN)、血清铁蛋白(SF)、脂代谢4项的变化规律,同时应用InBody3.0身体成分分析仪测定运动员身体成分。使用SPSS11.5软件包进行数据分析。结果:(1)HB、SF体现出随着训练量、训练强度的增加而下降的趋势,CK、BUN体现出随着训练量、训练强度的增加而上升的趋势,脂代谢四项无明显的变化特征;(2)SF作为一项诊断体内缺铁及铁负荷过多的指标具有其敏感性和特异性,CK则对垒球项目常规训练监控并不敏感。(3)广东优秀垒球运动员体脂率、腰臀比略低于国内其他项目优秀女运动员均值,去脂体重、体质指数略高于国内其他项目优秀女运动员均值。更多还原
【Abstract】 Purpose: To investigate the monitoring methods of sport physiology and biochemical index in elite softball athletes during winter training.Methods: 15 elite female softball athletes(Age: 23.0±4.39yrs,Height: 170.3±3.64cm,Weight: 64.3±6.12kg) were summoned in the winter training to have a longitude observation and data accumulation.Hemoglobin,blood urea,creatine kinase,serum ferritin and fat metabolism were assayed to monitor and evaluate the training adaptation during the winter training.Meanwhile,body components of athletes were tested by InBody 3.0.All the data were collected and analyzed by SPSS11.5.Results:(1) It’s found that there were descending tendency in HB and SF and ascending tendency in CK and BUN while workout load and intensity ascended.(2) SF was a high sensitivity and high specificity index for iron deficiency anemia.Moreover,CK was not suitable for body function monitoring of softball training.(3) Fat rate and WHR of Guangdong elite softball athletes were less than mean value of national elite female athletes,meanwhile lean body weight and BMI were higher than mean value of national elite female athletes.更多还原
