【摘要】 本文旨在定量分析高水平110米栏运动员起跨技术。两名国家田径队高栏运动员为本研究测试对象,用两台三维测力台和一部16毫米高速摄影机同步测试,影片解析数据和测力数据经电子计算机分析计算出运动学和动力学参数。结果表明:①余志诚起跨支撑冲击冲量小,支撑蹬伸时相垂直和水平冲量大,使其起跨离地腾起初速度和跨栏步平均速度都具有明显的优势;②增大起跨着地角、缩短起跨着地瞬间身体重心投影点与支撑点的距离,是缩短缓冲时间和整个起跨支撑时间的技术要求;③余志诚起跨上栏技术更加接近“跑栏”技术,比较符合现代高栏起跨技术的标准。更多还原
【Abstract】 The purpose of this article was to analyse the elite high hurdler s take-off techniques. The measurement was on the tow hurdlers of national team through two force platforms (KISTLER) and a high--speed camera (A--16). The data of the film and the ground reaction force were calculated through the computer (IBM--PC). The results showed: (1) Yu Zhi--Cheng had little vertical assault impulse at touch down and much more vertical and horizental thrust impulse during take--off support. In this way, his take--off technique had significant advantage in the take--off velocity at last contact and in the average velocity atclearance stride. (2) It was the requirements to shorten the yield time and the total support time via anlarging the touchdown angle, and shortening the horizental distanct between thecenter of gravity and the support point at take--off. (3) Yu Zhi--Cheng’s take--off technique was much more similar to″ run over hurdle″ and was up to the standard of the modern take--off technique of high hurdle.更多还原
